Having a vision to pursue the path ahead, there are those distinguished by their ability to turn tragedy into triumph.  Like Lt. Shields, millions across the developing world are refusing to surrender to the obstacles before them.  Thus, honoring the sacrifices of our brothers past and present, we continue the mission to improve the spiritual and physical lives of our neighbors around the world...
